nice to meet you
Tech + Mom of 2
"I built the most successful chapter of my career after having two kids, while still very much living the chaos of trying to do it all. That tension is why MentAILoad matters to me."
Kara Riney
closer to home
"Push me, Mama."
I was standing at the swings with my head full. What chores still needed to get done. What I forgot to sign. All that noise was drowning out the one thing my kids were actually asking for: "Push me, Mama."
That's the mental load. And every piece of it I hand off gives me a little more room to hear them, and to be the mom pushing the swing. That's what I want for you, too.
Bring the world home. Keep the community.
Kentucky is special. It's a friendly hello from someone you've never met, and a neighbor who shows up before you even ask.
I've spent my career in conversations happening all over the world. MentAILoad is how I bring the best of them to the communities really in need, without losing what makes a community special. Think of it as the tech world's know-how, served with a small-town, Kentucky welcome: one neighbor helping another.
How I teach
a little differently
I meet you where you are
Skeptic? We start by thinking it through and learning what makes a good ask. Already using AI? We add context, recurring skills and projects. Ready for more? We level up to wherever you want to go, together.
Guardrails come first
Ten-plus years of privacy, safety and security work goes into every lesson. You'll decide what you're comfortable sharing, name your concerns, set your own rules, and learn to test whether AI is actually following them.
People stay in the picture
AI handles what AI is good at. A real person, like a trained house manager, does what only a person can: the hands-on help, the judgment calls, the care. AI writes the handoff, so you just send it and set a check-in.
